Integrating third party news to phpbb

I hope i have found the right place. I have been seeking help everywhere but couldn't get. I got some help but they aren't willing to do it for free!

http://newsphp.sourceforge.net/index.php is the link to the news page which i want the comments to be posted only by the Registered Users of my phpbb2 forum.

here's a working MOD that allows registered members to post comments but it allows news posting from the forum admin page only which i cant let it accessible due to the security reasons. i got few news posters for my gaming community. besides, it has lots of features missing. http://geekmediaweb.com/PHPNews2phpBB.rar

Can you please help me with the modification so that i could use the news code and enabled my Registered Members to post comments.

Couldn't you just put a "Post a comment" link next to the "Send to Friend" link, and have it take the user to the proper posting.php page were phpBB will handle the permissions for you?

I'd look at that .rar file to get a better idea of what you want, but i don't have a program that can decompress it, so i can't.

I'm sorry, i don't have time to work with it at the moment, and probably even for some time to come. With me being the only "active" person here, it would be best if you asked the original author of the mod to do this for you.

the original coder ask for a fee and i cant effort that. thanx anyway. hope to get some help from some one.
